There will be a 15-minute public forum between 7pm and 7.15pm in where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the council.
1. To consider any application for co-option to vacancies of Parish Councillors
2. Apologies for absence and reasons given
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting
3. To receive any Declarations of Interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011, and to consider any applications for dispensations in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests
4. Notes of the Parish Council Meeting held on Wednesday 4th July 2023 to be approved as the minutes
To resolve as a correct record and to authorise the Chairperson to sign the official minutes

Discuss any matters brought up during inspection and put an action plan in place
ii) Amos Way Play Area Equipment issues including surfacing
